Our precious ONE year old Beckam,
This year has flown by with you by our side! Your big bro absolutely loves you and is so proud to call you brother! We are so very blessed to call you ours! Your milestones breezed by and here we are today with a teeter-toddler little wild man. We laugh at how counter-productive you make cleaning go, immediately “playing” with the things that are put away after convincing Roman to help put away the toys. Closing doors whether you are inside the room or outside the room is a favorite of yours. Exploring what happens when you put toilet paper in big brother’s bathtub or dog food in the water bowl, pushing buttons to see what will happen, and pushing your shopping cart are some more favorites! You love joining in on Roman’s and Daddy’s wrestling matches, laughing and pouncing on them to enjoy them as a wild ride and it definitely brings fun entertainment for Mama! You think it’s funny when we tell you no no! (but we secretly think it is too). You love when we play duck duck goose in the house and you think you are playing while running around us. 😀 Our little observer who takes a little bit to warm up to others but shortly turns into a sweetheart and funny little guy! We love to see you smile and giggle and it breaks our heart to see your tiny lip curl over when you are upset! Your fuzzy blonde hair is starting to curl like big bros did when he was your age. You’ve learned to say dog, doggy, Mama, Dada, uh oh, ok, whoah, and recently moo, and nigh nigh (night night)! It’s the cutest thing finding you quietly looking at books. We just love you so! Little trip down memory lane in our first moments together is giving me all the feels!
This “Where the Wild Things Are” theme was perfect for you turning the ….WILD ONE and loving you so much we could literally eat you up! (Reminds me, you are making these adorable smacking sounds when you pretend to eat play food, and it has me wrapped around your little finger!) Happy ONE YEAR OLD Birthday sweet Beckam, our little bear! You bring so much joy to our lives!
